Happy 8th Monthsary darling!
It's our 8th monthsary today...and thankfully, we had this day free. Since due to some circumstances, we weren't able to celebrate our 6th and 7th monthsary together, we decided to celebrate our 8th monthsary, and take this opportunity to spend some personal time with each other before school reopens.
:)
my darling was so sweet to surprise me with a stalk of rose :) it was so beautiful! such a pleasant surprise :) thank you dearest! huggies! i love it lots!
We spent a pretty long while deciding where to go yesterday night, and decided that we should dedicate this day to God coz it was Him who intricately brought us together as part of His plan. Thus, we went to somerset to sit down for tea and did our devotional book and our quiet time, which is the 40-day 'the stones cry out' booklet! :) we touched on the topic of 'prayer' for our book today :) it's quite a good book for dating couples, to make sure they are walking together in their christian lives, and walking in the light of God.
we also went to engrave our keychains too! i bought a set of key chains for dear's birthday last february as part of his bday pressie, but haven't got the chance to engrave..until today. sorry darling for that long delay! but it turned out really pretty and at the cheapest rate we could find. din take any pics..but the front says 'M & D' and the back says 'God w US' :)
Afterthat, we headed down to east coast park for dinner!
Dinner was fabulous! The ambience was romantic and really relaxing. it's like candlelight dinner! should go check it out! very nice place to eat...it's an indian restaurant called 'the mango tree'. And you can watch the sunset, and enjoy the sea view! :) very very pweetttyy! of cos, i enjoyed my dear's presence most! heee...
anyways! check out the pictures!
and the food was delicious! yummy! although it's really quite spicy, but it's really savoury and very fragrant!
their spices are really unique!
our meal:
1 garlic naan
1 seafood naan
1 chicken dish (dunno the name)
1 green mango curry (very unique taste!)
yumm yummm! :) :) thanks darling for that wondeful candlelight meal!
After dinner, we just sat near the breakwater, enjoying God's beautiful creation of each other, the stars, moon, sea, breeze, and the ship lights....so beautiful :)
Happy 8th Monthsary Darling! :)
I LOVE YOU, MATTHIAS ONG DA WEI!!! =)
