God, you and me.

I, personally declare, that God so loved the world, he gave his only Son, for Us.

It really is not nice sometimes, to say one thing, and not mean it.
But so many people have been conditioned to do it.

But... "We never want to go, where we have not been called."
Stepping-up is not the issue, "listening to God" is the issue.
When a person is challenged by another, definitely, it might be a sign that God is calling him,
or it might just be our own human thinking.
Being out of your comfort zone is one thing, but God should adequately prepare you for it, and you will be thankful.
Waiting for doors to close is another thing, because hell's gate is really wide and open for you.

Anyway,
Do not feel inadequate, for you are made perfect in him. With God, you are adequate, if in doubt; seek God.
Also,
A true follower of God, follows God only, and no one else, for we are continually tempted by the devil, or by our own flesh.

God's people stand up where and when they are called to by the father.
You have to get it right, because, whose voice are you listening to?
Are you humble enough to listen to him, even in the most irrepressible circumstances?
Are you even humble enough to listen to another, even though in the most unbelievable circumstances? God works in ways we cannot see.

That day, this friend of mine kept questioning my convictions. Yet, i know i am completely truthful before God and myself, and him of course. To keep challenging me so many times, in such unbelief, with so much warnings to give, surely shows a lack of respect for my faith. And i have no need to explain my own faith, because it is there, and if you can't see it, others can. And i do not speak in such haughtiness or dissent, but rather, do never doubt a brother's faith. For his faith is beyond what each human's eye can see, what each human mind can decipher. Few have child-like faith in today's world, and many will be blind to God's second coming, if they live on such rational terms. Once again, i do not have to explain my own convictions and faith, just as i do not require you to explain yours; for there will be people who understand it. For many of this generation have claimed the second coming of Christ in their own time, or even the tsunami, or even earthquakes, war, revivals, and so much else. And yet, so many of these have not come true when their time has passed. But yet, time is one dimension we can never play with, and true words from God, will definitely come true; given the time (time of which is beyond what we can comprehend). And so, who are we to say if one's conviction is right or wrong, for only oneself will know, at the end of the day. But lest you preach falsely, or prophecize false truths, beware for there will come a day of reckoning.

And also, even as a body of Christ, we must act and live accordingly to his Word. We must not worship false idols, we must not involve ourselves in immorality. We shall not be consumed by mindless laughter. God has warned many times, and the ministry is not our foundation, rather, God is. Our lives should never revolve around the ministry, but around God. The question is, are you really hearing God's voice?

God knows your heart, and you, in your heart know God.
But only by looking into one's heart, will one know his/her own truths.

Many of us walk blind, but those who continue walking by faith, walk straight.
