Congratulations dear :) i'm proud of you!

This's a poster dear designed quite sometime back. It was compulsory for all environmental engine students to participate in this poster design competition. The theme was on safety, health and environment if i'm not wrong..so this poster was supposed to create some awareness about lab safety (i think). So anyhow! Dear did this poster around the 2nd week of school and when he showed it to me, i was really impressed. It was eye-catching, abstract, and really grasped the theme very well...and he only spent like 2-3 hours on it! The entire poster was designed by him, purely by his photoshop skills. Amazing isn't it? I wanted to post it up here immediately, but because it was a competition, i couldn't do it until the results were out...in case people steal his idea haha.


Yesterday was the poster presentation day and he was awarded with....

2ND PLACE!!!!!!!!!

We were both hoping he would get 1st place (cos the rest of the posters were really not on par with his) but i guess God has His plans. Apparently, some of the judges didn't manage to see the 'face' on his poster... can u see it? I think it's quite obvious...oh well, but some people actually went up to him to applaud his poster :) It's always nice to feel recognised.

Ohhh...and i didn't say what the prize was... he was awarded with a S$100 kinokuniya voucher..the 1st prize would be $200. Not too bad! Even though we were actually hoping for cash hahaha...God didn't want us to be so money-minded i guess. But God is really good...He has blessed my darling with a total of $200 voucher since last semester :)

Anyway, this post is for you dear. Just wanna say..that your poster will always be the number 1 in my heart. I am really proud of you, and really happy for you too... :) you'll always have my support! love you!
