I AM FAT I AM FAT I AM FAT!!!

i'm really fat :( i feel fat and i look at myself in the mirror, and i see the fatsss. Sigh, and today, i went on a weighing machine and felt really dismayed. I've put on a considerable bit of weight ever since i got back from switzerland! i think it's almost a whole 6 kg! it's amazingggg and very worrying. It's definitely not an illusion, because people have been telling me that i've put on weight, and i can feel and see it for myself. Argh. I need to lose weight to get back healthy again. It's terribly disturbing.

So much for vanity.....
