SIGH! NUS is really disappointing.
I don't think we can make it to McGill anymore, because my chinese scholar friend from ESE (Environmental Science and Engineering) will definitely be taking up the place.
Apparently, she asked personally and specifically for the 2 places in Canada...
We didn't know you could do that. Sigh its a little disappointing for this to happen.
But truly, through it all, we trust God that he will bring us through. That even in guiding us to whatever university we ultimately end up in, its his plan, and he will bring us there.
So anyway, we will probably be applying for ETH Zurich at the moment, unless places in University of British Columbia, Linkoping University or University of Bath opens up for me.

But anyway, i do feel like saying my 2 cents worth on this subject. Sigh, i mean honestly, with the government talking about foreign talent and how they won't hinder our growth or take up our jobs.. this seems like a good example of it not happening, even though it has not happened but is most likely to happen.
I give a big sigh, but if this is God's plan for us, maybe its his form of guidance for us too... We are just too naive and stupid to actually see and understand what is happening, especially on the macro-scale.

So trust in God with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding.

God will make a way for us, even if we do not see his way, his way is always there for us to follow. =)
So we praise God when we win, and we praise God when we lose.

she's really sick, she caught my sickness just as i was getting better..
i love her so much... sigh i really hope she gets better soon, don't always think of studies k. You need rest at times too and God will make sure you have your sabbath even if you don't want it.
