matthias & davina: Happy 21st Birthday to Jess dearie!

Dearie! So very sorry this post came one day late...i wanted to dedicate a post on this blog for you on ur birthday, but i was too tired after the party hahaa. So i went to sleep right after bath yesterday. But, thankfully, matthias has telepathy with me...he dedicated a post to you yesterday night without me knowing. And it came to me as a little surprise when i saw it this morning as well. Really brought a smile to my face...He's such a sweetie =) Hope you like his little post for you. Thanks baby for that little act of love!

Anyway, hope you really enjoyed your birthday party yesterday! I know it was really hard work on your part, trying to invite everyone and preparing all the food, decoration stuff and so on. Kudos to you! Really did a good job. I hope you liked the decorations me and matt prepared for you yesterday too. It was great fun blowing those balloons and putting up the streamers and all. :)

Ohhh...and i really do hope you like the present me and matt made for you. It took us 1 night but we had a nice enjoyable time doing it up and it made me reminiscise our good old primary school days when matt drew our school uniforms haha. Hope you like the bag and wallet too. It took us quite a while to choose it hahaha.

Anyway dearie, i was really happy for you yesterday. So was matt :) Even though some friends of yours couldn't turn up in the end, don't you worry okay...God has really blessed you with very nice cell group friends, colleagues and especially your family. They were really warm esp your dad :) It's our prayer that one day your dad will receive salvation =) Be patient and we'll keep him in our prayers. Dearie, even though we went on with different roads in life after primary school, it's really amazing how we have continuously kept in contact with each other and all. Our friendship grew so much deeper despite us not being in the same sec sch or jc/poly or uni. 1 thing that really encourages me is the understanding we have for each other... that we're so open to share anything and everything, and being firm with each other at times because we love each other. It's so pleasant to see each other grow over the past 12 years...growing in maturity, independence, love, sensitivity, understanding. Really thank God for the friendship we shared.. as we reflect, we can really see how God has used our friendship as a testimony, how he has intricately allowed us to help each other to tide through our difficult times. Praise be to God!
