How to score full marks on your "happyness" test.

1. Stop living in self-denial, but accept who and what you are, no matter how stupid, how ugly, how unlikeable you are.
2. Take joy in the little things that give you even the tiniest hint of a smile; it can be chocolate. Savour it, like Charlie and his little bar of Willy Wonka Chocolate.
3. Start hoping, keep hoping and never stop hoping that things will work out, even if life looks bleak and so very dark.
4. Take yourself out of your own capsule which defines your life, and seek the "happyness" of others.
5. Be happy that you're sad, because sadness is better than anger. But be happy even when you are angry, for happiness takes away anger.
6. Know that you are blessed, for even if you have nothing else, there is at least one person in the world that really wants you to be happy; if not, do seek out one of my friends.
7. Know that there is love; and somewhere out there, it is waiting for you.
